1157 Burrard by Prima Properties is a new 47-storey mixed-use tower development located at Burrard & Davie, downtown Vancouver. This project will offer 236 market condominiums， features one and two bedroom homes. As the sun tracks west, multi-coloured shades are sequentially lowered over the windows, gradually transforming the side of the building into a pixilated abstraction of the West Coast landscape. As afternoon turns to evening, the blinds retract once again to reveal a glowing glass envelope by night.
